India Commemorates 135th Birth Anniversary of Dr B. R. Ambedkar with Nationwide Tributes !!

NAGPUR , INDIA — The nation marked the 135th birth anniversary of B R Ambedkar with widespread tributes, celebrations, and remembrance events, honoring the legacy of one of India’s most influential thinkers and the chief architect of the Constitution.

President Droupadi Murmu paid floral tributes at Lok Bhavan in Gandhinagar, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered Ambedkar as a visionary leader whose contributions to nation-building continue to inspire millions. Leaders across political lines, including Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, also paid homage, reflecting the broad respect Ambedkar commands across the political spectrum.

In the national capital, tributes at Parliament House saw leaders from different parties come together, highlighting a rare moment of unity as they collectively honored Ambedkar’s enduring contributions to democracy, equality, and constitutional values.
